The service and seller

Resume Liberator is a job-saving and resume workspace operated by Filip Vrlak in the Netherlands. Contact support@resumeliberator.com for service and payment questions. Complete seller contact details will be confirmed before these terms take effect.

You can organize job postings and resumes and request AI assistance. The launch Chrome extension connects to your account, captures a posting you choose, checks duplicates, saves it to a role and opens it in the app. Availability and reasonable usage limits apply.

Your account and content

Keep your sign-in access secure and submit only content you have permission to use. Your content remains yours; you permit the processing needed to store it and provide the features you request, including transmission to AI providers as described in Privacy.

The proposed age boundary is 16. If you are 16–17, obtain parent or guardian permission where local law requires it. The service is not directed to children under 16.

AI results need your review

AI can produce incorrect, incomplete or unsuitable results. Check facts, dates, qualifications and wording before using a resume or application. The service does not guarantee interviews, employment, an ATS score or error-free output. Requested content may be processed by OpenRouter and the model provider used for the operation.

Free setup result and paid usage

After eligible setup is verified, a one-time $0.20 promotional credit is restricted to the supported first-result workflow: the qualifying source resume, first-job cleanup and first tailored resume. It is not general-purpose credit. Supported models and input limits apply; a scanned PDF without extracted text needs a text-based source before free parsing.

One-time purchased-credit packages are $5, $10 and $50 USD. There is no subscription or automatic reload. The AI usage charge is OpenRouter provider cost multiplied by 1.61, including a 61% operating-cost allowance. Actual cost varies by model and input/output usage; review the app estimate before running an operation.

Funds may be reserved while a request runs. Final charges and releases appear in usage history. Failed AI runs are not charged to you, even if the provider incurred costs. A timeout can leave a run pending until its outcome is reconciled; check the status before retrying.

Credits and closing an account

The proposed launch policy is that purchased credit does not expire. Promotional credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred. App credit is for use within Resume Liberator.

Not sure whether the app is right for you? Start with a $5 credit package. The number of tailored resumes depends on the model, document length and other AI operations you use; check the estimate before each run. Credit purchases are final. Refunds are considered only in exceptional cases, such as duplicate charges or material service failures, or where required by law. Contact Support with the details. Rights attached to earlier purchases remain unchanged.

Download your account export and original PDFs before deletion. Resolve pending charges and payment requests first. Remaining purchased credit can be preserved on the financial record for support to resolve after closure. Closing an account does not waive payment rights. Minimum financial records remain for the accounting and claims periods described in Privacy.

Acceptable use and availability

Do not access another user’s data, bypass usage or payment controls, farm promotional accounts, interfere with the service, or submit unlawful content. Access may be limited or suspended to investigate abuse, protect users or respond to an outage. Contact support if you think a restriction is mistaken.

Features and model availability may change. Support is provided by the individual operator without a 24/7 response guarantee. Material changes to these terms will be identified before the updated terms take effect.

Consumer rights and disputes

The proposed governing law is Dutch law, without taking away mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Contact support first about a complaint. Nothing in this draft excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Final governing-law and consumer-rights wording requires professional review before launch.
